Dear Sir,
recently SBI has started new policy where for any internet transaction we need to have 3 D Secure password.
It has two steps to follow
1. Register your mobile no. at any ATM
2. Then follow the steps in internet sbi.com etc
What is happening is I am trying to register my mobile number for so many days but it could not be registered.
Greviance: 1. Customer care numbers are faulty and no response
2. No proper guidance or steps are cleared
My core branch is at Surat but recently I have transferred from Surat to Kolkata.
Even my online bankign password is locked and SBI is asking to go to Surat to unblock
This is not possible for me to go to Surat.
I have asked for account transfer dont know how many days it will take.
I cannot pay my mobile and internet bills all due to such new changes which are not priorly informed to us.
Sir, Kindly look into this matter. SBI is a trusted brand of India and never expected such callousness.
