Dear sir,

This is complaint regarding customer services at yours SBI branch Opera House, Mumbai 400004. It is very sad to say as SBI is our 1 national bank but services provided to customer are zero. When ever we go to Opera House SBI Branch always there is a outlet showing no Out SBI cash will be deposited. Why like this? when all SBI Banks having core banking. Why they always asked us to go to another branch?
We are really feed up with this service of SBI branch Opera House. I have already register complain at there office register but no response yet.

Myself Puneet Kumar Budakoti from Kotdwara. My account no is [protected] in SBI Padampur shukhro kotdwara...On 22 mar 12, 5000 rupees credited in my account easily but now two transactions of 15, 000 & 60, 000 on 02 apr and 12 apr 12 resp. are not credited in my account till today...sir can you clarify me what's wrong with my account so that i can easily solve the problem.

sir my sbi ac no [protected] firm name sankala Devi paints sir i have made the dd to online sbi to click the wrong opposition and debit the payment my ac i have not received the dd the branch has bin talk to this complaint sand this 4/6/12 date to services desk not give the any response but refund the cash but i am going to the customer Cort immediately and

I took loan for my higher studies we submitted all documents and they approved the loan for 1&2 successfully. now the field officer is changed to new. now the new officer not approving my loan for last semester and I am facing a serious problem here in U.S. I submitted each and every document, that's the reason they approved loan for 1&2 semester by previous field officer. I don't know what the new field officer want& why they are not approving. My father visited the branch almost 1 month completely. Daily he is saying some reason and next day he come up with new reason why the officer torturing the customers.As a common citizen to whom we have to ask? here we are seriously facing many problems. please under the students position s in outside the country. please understand the situation and help to students.

I am an account holder of your maharani farm, jaipur branch.From last 2 months my request of renewing my credit card is not been processed.I am continously having a follow up for the same from last many times with mr rajneesh of the bank, but still no respone till now.Kindly help me out with my problem as soon as possible.

SBI providing very worst customer service..Today I tried to call them to clarify my doubt about the e-statement but no one pick my call and am waiting almost 20 minutes. After that the call has ended automatically..Am totally disappointed and thinking to close the account in SBI. Every time am experiencing the same issue and am not able to clarify my doubts..Could you please change the contract or give more FTE's to provide service to customers...
