State Bank of India — overcharging on the settlement

I have written to State Bank of India, Chairman, Customer Care but till now have not received any feedback and in the meantime, SBI keeps calling me for more money, which they do not seem to understand that I dont have.

My name is Geeta Gandotra and my Credit Card No is [protected].
I received a settlement letter dated 18/10/11 in which a settlement was made by the bank for 2 installments of Rs 8500/- each to be paid on 31/10/11 and 30/11/11. I have made cash payments for the said amounts but unfortunately due to my circumstances the amounts were paid after the due dates.
I am a senior citizen of 60 years and of poor health I am also single and currently not working.
However I was relieved when I made the payments and the matter would be closed, but unfortunately I get a call again from SBI collection department to pay Rs 19000/ again, due to not paying on time. I have already paid Rs 10,000/- by cash.
It is my humble request to you to please look into this and as a goodwill gesture to please waive off the Rs .9000/- I am very sure that the bank can surely close my case now, as I have already paid in total Rs. 27,600/- as I also feel now, that this is really harassment and it is effecting my health and I feel mentally and physically tortured.
I am really in no position to pay anymore money, I am totally dependant on my daughter and I cannot ask her for anymore and I have no savings, since I brought her up and married her all single handed.
I humbly beg you to please close this case, on atleast humanitarian grounds and look forward to hearing from you.
