[Resolved] State Bank Of India — Very poor customer support from sbi for failure transaction

I would like to launch a complaint regarding my unsuccessful ATM Withdrawal Transaction Occurred On 9th of Sept 2013 done from my SBI ATM Cum Debit Card and still till date i haven't received failed transaction amount in my bank account. On top of that there is no customer support from any sbi customer care department, i almost contacted every nearest sbi branch near to me but no help and no cooperation from their side, neither any of the contact numbers are working for sbi customer care. I would like to ask if this kind of service is acceptable from India's largest bank. As the SBI is growing to its peak they forgot the meaning of Customer Service and also forgotten the value of hard earned customer's money.
Sir, Please take necessary action regarding the same because its already 15 days gone and still no hope of refund of my failed transaction amount.

Transaction Done @ Noida Sector 52 FROM Indusind Bank ATM, ATM ID : SW027601 This ATM Machine was out of receipt at that time so unable to get Txn Id for my transaction.
Complaint Status : NO ONE FROM SBI IS LISTENING AND EVEN LAUNCHING MY COMPLAINT SINCE THE DATE OF THAT FAILURE TRANSACTION AND NO RESPONSE FROM SBI CUSTOMER CARE AFTER CONTACTING THEM 100'S OF TIME THEY ARE SAYING THERE IS SOME TECHNICAL ISSUE SINCE 9TH SEPTEMBER REPEATEDLY .
