I used my credit card in August, 2010. I paid full amount and some extra charges in two installments before bill date. I did not receive any bills or any intimation regarding my bill.Even though my residential address is same I did not receive any bills from March, 2010. Again in January, 2011 I used my card for the purchase, but the transaction failed.I tried to contact customer care through toll free number but I did not receive any response. I could not even access it on SBI website. On 17th February, 2011 I received a letter to pay Rs.3182/- and my credit card has been cancelled and the intimation has been given to civils as per RBI rules.Immediately, I paid the above amount by cheque and it is cleared on[protected]. As I am the regular customer of SBI credit card for long period, I request your good self to consider my card to reactivate or issue another card, for which act of kindness I shall be grateful to you.

I HAVE NOT APPLIED FOR ANY KIND OF CARD TO SBI BANK BUT THEY DIRECTLY SEND ME A MONTHLY STATEMENT OF CREDIT CARD NO. [protected] LAST MONTH.THEN, I REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION.THEY ASSUR ME OF DOING SO BY MAIL.BUT DID NOT SEND ME ANY COPY OR PROOF OF IT, THOUGH I REQUESTED SEVERAL TIMES BUT THEN ALSO TODAY AGAIN MONTLY STATEMENT OF ABOVE CARD OF THIS MONTH CAME AT MY PLACE.

I have alredy sent a letter for cancellation of credit card no. [protected] on dt. 10/4/2008. Enclosed one envelop contaiing 4 pieces of sbi credit card to The Manager Customer Service, DLF cyber city Gurgaon. Till date no action has been taken in this regard. Monthly statements are still coming to my residential address. Kindly cancell my credit card with immediate effect and suitably inform me.

I have cancelled my SBI credit card 3 years ago by dropping an application in SBI ATM (as instructed by their customer care). However, till date i am getting sms alert of some minimum amount due and payment alerts. But, i havent received any statement from SBI so far. I have also tried contacting their customer care but no response from their side as well.

cancelled of my credit card on discussion with SBI credit Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) office they have not received my application, they told verbally dated 09.08.2012 register serial number 696 Jamshedpur SBI Credit Card office, your card has been cancelled. I have never used this card. But I have found in my bank statement dated 04.09.2013 Rs.560. 68 deducted then I go to SBI credit card office dated 06.09.2013 they told looking this matter,
