[Resolved]  State Bank Of Patiala Mini Sectt. Gurgaon — Harassment by bank officials

Dear Sir/Madam,
I (Satbir Singh) am the Head Teacher/Incharge in Govt. Middle School, Village Naurangpur, Distt. Gurgaon. There is our account in the name of Head (A/C No [protected]) in State Bank of Patiala, Mini Sectt. Gurgaon. Our DDO’s account is also in the said bank. The cheque of salary of all the staff members is issued by our DDO in the name of the head and the same is deposited in the account of the head. Then all the staff members are issued individual cheque for their salary (as per govt. instructions that the salary must be given by cheque) as they live in different remote areas. All the staff members have their saving accounts in nationalized bank near thrie resisdence and convenient to them. They deposite their cheque in their saving bank account to get their salary. The State Bank of Patiala, Mini Sectt. Gurgaon’ officials are insisting to open the saving account of all the staff members in the said bank. Sir, when all the staff members already have their accounts in nationalized bank as I explained above, then why the staff members are being compelled to open another account in the State Bank of Patiala, Gurgaon by the officials. Every month, the bank officials are harassing me and refusing to clear the cheques. I requested the manager of the said bank, but the manager is also insisting to do the same. I hereby request you to do needful reg. this, so that the staff members may get their salary in their respective accounts, they already have.
