I am Pensioners having Ac No.[protected] at State Bank Of Patiala Chandigarh sector 35 D Branch .Arrears of Pension die on 11210 paid by other Banks.But it is not paid to me.kindly intimate when I will get this payment

I am Shashi Kant Bhashkar s/o Brajesh Kumar my a/c no. is [protected]. Last year 28oct 2010 i requested withdraw 2500/- rupees to Vijaya Bank ATM, Gaama-1,Gr-Noida. But i receive only 400/- rs by Vijaya ATM. Then i complain in PNB custmer care many times they told me after 10-12 days money will come back in your A/C. My complain no. is 53379938.but after 12 days only 400/- rs will come in my a/c on 15nov 2010 and on 29jan 2011 they return 400/- rs from my a/c.
So,plz help me.

ICICI Bank — Money not recover from ATM

Sir,
My self Aditya Pratap Singh S/o Sh, Ved Prakash. I have a salary A/c in your bank from Mar. 2006 to till date which A/c No.[protected].

The problem is on dated 02/01/2011 near about 9:00 pm. I use my ATM for Rs.5000/- from Union Bank of India in Meerut but money was not recover form ATM. Then after I immediately complained to the customer care but no proper solution they gave me.

I am highly disappointed for this kind of customer support.

Please do the need the need full as early as possible. An early action will highly appreciate.

icici bank (ATM MACHINE) — NOT REFUND MONEY

I am having a salary account with ICICI Bank Ltd. My account No:[protected], i have made a withdrawl amt Rs 4500 from my corporate ATM Machine ( Hero Honda - Gurgaon)on 10/10/2010 at 05:30 pm , but i have not received my cash from atm machine and the same was debited from my salary account but not yet reversed.
i have inform the case of non receipt of cash to customer care several time but till now the matter is still pending.
i have lodged the complaint to banking ombudsman also for non resolution of my case and also have intimated the issue to nodal office of icici bank.

my complaint numbers are given as follow :

AND AFTER THIS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PRACTICAL ANSWER ABOUT MY SHORTAGE OF RS 4500.

HDFC Bank — UNLAWFUL & WRONG WITHDRAWAL FROM SAVING BANK ACCOUNT

I SAKIL SHARMA R/O 1365 GALI DAYAL SINGH KARTAR NAGAR CHHEHARTA, AMRITSAR HAVING A SAVING BANK ACCOUNT NO ([protected]) WITH HDFC BANK, GNDU CAMPUS AMRITSAR BRANCH .AS ON 6TH JULY 2011 3.34 P.M(APPROX)FROM HOME ATM BRANCH.I HAVE WITHDRAWN RS 10000 /-FROM ATM OF AFORESAID BRANCH AND THE PAYAMENT FOR SAME WAS NOT RECIEVED ON THAT TIME ON THE PROBLEM OF TECNICAL PURPOSES & PAYMENT OF SAME WAS NOT MADE TO ME & NO DEBIT SMS WAS RECIEVED BY ME ON THAT TIME, BUT MY BANK ACCOUNT IS BEING DEBITE WITH RS 10000/-.UNDER TRANSACTION NO (6652) ON 06/JULY/2011 .THE COMPALINT FOR THE SAME WAS LOGED WITH THE BANK ON 20/07/2011 UNDER COMPLAINT NO. IN RESPONSE TO THAT I GOT A REPLY CALL FROM MR.SAMEER KAPOOR (ATM CORDINATOR,HDFC BANK AMRITSAR) THAT HE IS INVESTIGATING MY CASE AND HE TOLD ME THAT IT IS A CLEAR CASH WITHRAWL FROM ATM MACHINE AND PAYMENT OF THAT TRANSCTION IS BEING MADE BY THERE SIDE WHICH IS A WRONG FACT AND FOR MY SATISFACTION HE PROVIDE ME THE VIDEO FOOTAGE OF ATM BUT WHEN I HAVE APPROACH HIM FOR THE VIEW HE HARRASED ME FOR IT AND DIDNT’T LET ME TO VIEW IT AND AFTERWARDS LET THAT THE CAMERA OF THAT ATM IS NOT WORKING FROM PAST FEW DAYS SO PAYMENT OF SAME TRANSCTION CANT ME MADE BY THEM.DUE TO POOR RESPONSE AND FEEDBACK I HAVE SUFFERED IMMENSE LOSS OF HEALTH AS WELL AS MONEY AS I HAVE LED FREQUENT COMPALINTS FOR THE SAME MATTER TO THE BANK & NO RESPONSE IDS BEING MADE BY THERE SIDE.THEN I APPROACH MR. DINESH KAPOOR, BRANCH MANAGER, HDFC BANK,GNDU CAMPUS BRANCH & HE TOLD MR SAMEER TO PROVIDE VIDEO FOOTAGE OF INTERNAL CAMERA OF ATM TO ME &TIME FOR SAME WAS FIXED TUESDAY EVENING I.E 20/07/2011.

BUT ON 20/07/2011 MR.SAMEER KAPOOR CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT HE CANNOT PROVIDE ME WITH THE VIDEO FOOTAGE AS IT IS BEING DELETED FROM THEIR SYSTEM.HE IS NOT PROVIDING ME WITH ANY KIND OF ASSISTANCE AND A FLAVOUR OF CORRUPTION IS ALSO INVOLVE IN THIS SAME MATTER ON THE SIDE OF ATM STAFF OF THE BANK HEADED BY MR. SAMEER KAPOOR.THERE IS NO RESPONSE OF BRANCH AS WELL AS ATM DEPARTMENT IN MY CASE AND MY PAYMENT IS BEING WITHRAWN ILLEGALLY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT.


I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST YOU TO SEE THIS MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND LET THE REFUND OF MY MONEY TO ME AND HELD THAT NO SUCH PROBLEMS IN FUTURE IS BENING CAUSED TO ANY CUSTOMER BY THE CORRUPT STAFF.

HDFC Bank — Non refunding money that was withdrawn from ATM

I have performed transaction of Rs 5000(using HDFC debit card) from Kotak mahindra ATM centre but i have received only Rs 500.There is compliance of Rs 4500 that i havent received from ATM but HDFC bank is denying to pay remaining money and providing the reason that we have received valid log from Kotak ATM.I am not able to know why HDFC Bank is providing different stories for not receiving money back.My complaint no is 262081 which they have closed witout my notice and i also have logged online complaint whose refrence no is HBL=[protected].I am also not able to know that a person who is performing lacs of transaction per month wont make a fake complaint for just Rs 4500 . I WANT TO MAKE PEOPLE REALIZE THAT THIS TYPE OF MISTAKES ARE ALSO MADE BY HDFC BANK.Please contact me on [protected] if any help can be done from HDFC Bank side as this is the only choice left with me,i have tried all other options.

With reference to my complaint No AT[protected] dated 01 Mar 12 I have not received any single response your side you are requested to look in to the matter .

I wish to inform your good self that I have a salary account no.[protected] with State Bank of India, Jalandhar Cantt since last three years.

“ On dated 29 Feb 12 at about 10:35 hrs I put a request for withdrawal a cash of Rs 2000/- from my SBI Card No[protected] at State Bank of Patiala ATM ( ATM Code - S10A[protected] under Txn No 8870) . The amount was released and sucked bank into the machine with in few seconds and then I again withdraw Rs 300 at the same time under Txn No 8772. I also lodged a complaint to Customer care and inreply he gave me a complaint No AT[protected]. I also lodged a complaint at the State Bank of India, Jalandhar Cantt where my account occurs. But inreturn he gave me a reply that State Bank of India has taken a case with State Bank of Patiala to credit the amount in my accout.

On dated 01 Mar 12, I meet to the Branch Manager, State Bank of Patiala, Jalandhar Cantt and gave hime a written complaint to him but he refused to take a complaint. He advised me to contact in State Bank of India, Jalandhar Cantt for the same where my account occurs.

Sir, you are requested to please look into the matter and please issue necessary instructions to Branch Manager of State Bank of Patiala, Jalandhar Cantt to look into the matter and credit my saving account no. [protected] by Rs.2, 000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) in the light of the above facts.

I tried to withdraw Rs 300/- from my account:[protected] using Allahabad Bank Ltd ATM located between Shere Punjab Cloth Market and Gaushala Road, Patiala (on message alert name was seen as ALB ATM ALW txn#[protected].I have not got the money by ATM Transaction but Rs 300 was deducted from my account. Kindly add payment of Rs 300 to my account as soon as possible.

My sbp a/c no. is [protected] at east mohan nagar amritsar. i try to withdraw rs 15000 on dtd. 30.5.13 from the atm at batala road sbp textile branch. atm not delivered the fund and slip. screen showing the error AMMEND CODE. but my account debited rs. 15000. I submit my complaint to my sbp home branch on 14.6.13 but till today the matter is unsolved.

I have an ATM card of Syndicate Bank. On dated 21/07/2013 at time 18:15 I used the card no. [protected] at Axis Bank located at Nangloi. I put the card in atm made the
Transaction for withdrawl of Rs 500/- and I received only Rs. 500 due to some misfunctioning of ATM machine .
But from my account Rs. 2000/- had been debited.

I also had written an application to Syndicate Bank, Branch Nangloi.
But your staff is not corporate.
I need amount urgent.
But still rest amount is not credited to my account.

So Here I am requesting you to please Reverse this amount as soon as possible.
