I purchased a steel work top table freezer for commercial purpose (restaurant) from M/s Steelkraft in the month of May. It was noticed that the freezer performance was not optimum and food items would get spoilt within a day. The same was notified to Steelkraft last month(September). More than a month has gone by without them solving the problem. The technicians have not been able to figure out the nature of the complaint and the same was highlighted to Mr. Vijay Kumar who owns the company. Vijay Kumar has been extremely harsh and rude in his behaviour and has disconnected our calls multiple times using sarcastic language. His office personnel also seems to follow suit and disconnects the call everytime we approach them. Mr. Vijay Kumar has constantly evaded our calls and has refused to meet us. Due to the negligence of the company the restaurant has suffered more than 10000 Rs as losses which was a result of spoilt food. Was this information helpful? |
