[Resolved] Sterling Holidays — Free holiday voucher-Beware | |||
I was promised a fee voucher for attending a presentation from the company on its holiday product. This was given to me after inordinate delay and that too with significant follow-up. When I tried booking a holiday the dates which were alloted to me were different from what I was requesting. The reservation officer was supposed to call me to confirm the details but went ahead with the booking. After repeated follow-ups this issues has not been resolved and the company has been sending a standard response. Would request everyone to be careful when dealing the company.
