[Resolved] Sterling Lab, Hosur (Tn) — Non Settlement of Provident Fund

Respected Sir, I had submitted my providend fund No.19 for final settlement, but i had recieved a letter from provident fund office in which they had mentioned that non-submission of form no.3 A for[protected] & one sentence as no 23 which is not clear to read properly. Respected sir I was worked in sterlinglab in 05/05/2014 to26/03/15 and I am reigns my personal problem I had trying to settle my pf sins last 4year company providing me uan I'd[protected] but its showing mismatch I had contact hr they sended me joining deceleration form for coraction I am sended thad form to HR . iam trying to contact HR but not responding me on mail and call also
My UAN I'd is[protected] that id company providing me
So sir please do needful
