I purchased two easy retirement teakquity certificates bearing Nos D9145 and D9146 on 18/11/21994 from the above company for Rs 7500.00. Till date I have not received any returns from the company. The company address is not known to me. Please help me in tracing the company as well as giving me my dues. I invested Rs. 7375/- for 05 teak trees vide application number G 116710 dated[protected] in the name of Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Ltd and received a certificate as owner of teak trees under certificate number D 3530. It was expected to receive interim returns in the year 2000 to 2006 and so on till maturity date of[protected]. I have not heard anything from the company so far. I tried to contact at various locations but all in vain.Kindly help.

STERLING TREE MAGNUM — Non receipt of Interim Return
Dear Sir,I had paid a sum of Rs. 14550/- vide Application No: U27949 for 11 teak trees at Medungulan plantation. The certificate issued to me is L4922. Date of maturity is 20 May 2014. However interim returns during 6th year(in 2000) and 12th year (in 2006) amounting to Rs.8800/- and Rs.39600/- have not been received so far.
