[Resolved]  Student — Passport Delivery

Sir/Mam,

Most respectfully I want to state that I have faced a severe problem for my passport. I have applied under normal scheme on July 20, 2007 from Kolkata Passport Office. I had given my home address as both permanent and residential addresses. After application I went to IIT Guwahati for studying my 2 yr M.Sc course. During police verification I was not present at my home. As a result, the verification was incmplete.After one year. I had sent two filled up PP forms and a letter to the Kolkata Passport Office. I had written IIT Guwahati address as my residential address. Based on this application, one filled up PP form was sent to Guwahati from Kolkata.As usual, I had done my verification from Amingaon Police station (Guwahati).After 2-3 months I have visited the Amingaon Police Station, DIB Office and also the Guwahati Passport Office. After making some queries, I knew that the verification report had been sent to Kolkata.But still now; I am not getting my passport. Even I am not getting any recorded data from the website. I need it for applying outside India. Please tell me what to do. Below I am giving my file no. &Key no .I shall be highly obliged if my passport is sent to my postal address as soon as possible.
