Subhiksha Trading Services Ltd — not received my P F No.

I have not received my salaryafter sep 2008. and also didn't received my P F NO.plz considerit.salary is very necessary for me.

Have u worked on the rools of Subhiksha or off roles( 3rd Party) 6245. I[censored] worked on the roles of company then I can do only one thing pls take down complet PF NO o[censored]r TN/40497/6245. U can directly apply for PF by getting Notary.

i subhiksha employee i have employee number. but no p f number and company shuts all stores and contact no and regional office at mohali where i can complaint

i had joined subhiksha in 10 april, 2006 as a cashier in F&v dept. then i had resigned on 28 aug, 2007. Then after four month i had submitted my epf form in saket head office. they had lost my form after that again i had submitted my Epf form after one year in wazirpur(delhi) office. when i was checked my EPF status on website of Epfoindia. Its was showing your form no. 10c & 19 returned to Employer. But i dont no what's the reason. My EPF no. is DL/35525/023 when i was checked with direct wazirpur office.
i found our Contractor had not submitted EPF returned. So your Form returned.

Sir, Please suggest me. how can i got my pf. amt.

dear all non stsl employee,
all your pf money is swindled by rs, so either u put a case against him or forget him..
as far as stsl employees are concerned, they can collect pf withdrawal forms from local pf office, meet the concerned pf officer their, he will advice abt the procedure.. you have to send it to pf office in chennai, then u wil get your money..

My name is Bineesh Baby M, i have been working with Subhiksha as a loss prevention executive in Bangalore since 20th April 2007 to lay off. i didnt get any increment during this time .and last two months salary also pending and your cheque is bounced my PF number is 9472 .My emp Id was 323 .am visited your bangalore region office two time for this purpose there was no responsible persons in your office, am a person from kerala so i have lots of expenses ofr that visits kindly arrange all necessary function for getting back by PF and pending salary .other wise i will call press conference and legal procedure ...

Hi,
I had worked for Subhiksha on the payroll . I have not got salary from aug 2008 to dec 2008. i am mailing this now as i did not know whom to mail. I also don't know my pf number but have got salary slip with employee name and code.i am from mumbai

How do i go about in recovering my dues

I have worked with Subhiksha Trading Service Ltd. My PF No us TN/40497/7964.. I have applied for PF directly after getting it attested from gazetted officer. First Cheeni PF confirmed office that they received the form and forward it to Subhiksha office and waiting for there reply.
They maintain this status for 6 months that they do-not get reply from Subhiksha office. Now they are saying they haven't received the form at all.

What to do now. Since I am staying in Chandigarh.It is impossible to go visit PF office.
