Sir, Zyduswellness Ltd markets a product called sugargree gold which contains a chemical called Aspartame. There are conflicting reports on the safety of this product. This product is a low calorie sugar substitute. The companies product website states that as per FDA 40mg/KG body weight sugar free consumption is safe. The company markets the sugar free product in pellets form. The package does not contain the the weight of each pellet although the package states the number of pellets contained in the pack. The compay website also states that 155 pellets consumption is safe.This information appers to be wrong. . . 100gram of concentrated sugar free gold costs Rs 90. 100 pellets costs Rs 55. If one derives arithmetically the weight of each pellet based on the price,100 pelletsweighs 61 grams. and each pellet weighs 611 milligram. for a human being with 70 Kg weight recommended safe consumption is 2.8 gram ( 40mgx70). even consumption of 6 pellets exceed the limit of 2.8 gram. It is not possible to understand how the company website states that daily intake 155 pellets is safe.Please instruct the company to mention the weight of each pellet also on the product packing Similar mail sent to their stated email addresses [protected]@sugarfree-india.com and [protected]@zyduswellness.in has been returned undelivered. The company Zydus Wellness Limited is marketing a product against public interest with insufficient and misleading information and deliberately states wrong contact email addresses on its product and website. Kindly visit the company website where product information and information on the safe consumption limits of the product is given. The company must be directed to mention the weight of each pellet and the FDA approved safe consumption limit correctly. Kindy take action in the interest of public health. sugar free Gold — Product
I have buyed one packet of sugar free gold which was mfd on "02/12" in "08/12" but within two months the colour of the white pellets has turned blackish.But the company says that it is best before 3 yrs from mfd date. Respected sirs, i purchased sugar free tablet from gajendra medical shop nagari 517590 chittoor dist ap. With product tape mesuring is also given. I and my wife used the tablet in the tea. After two days i have got jallan in my feets. I stopped for use the tablet. But my wife got the jallan in her feets after used all the tablet after about one months. Blood sugar level was increased and she got foot operation at chennai hospital for jallan and sujan at her feet. Then now she become heart block patient. I intimated the matter repeated time to [protected]@zyduscodila.Com and requested for rs 07 lacs compensation for treatment already done and for further treatment for decrease her blood sugar and for cure her heart block since may 2017. Till date the compensation has not been recieved so for. Now my wife suffering with blood sugar and serious heart block. Therefore your honour i kindly request for order to the customer care sugarfree, ahmedabad, gujrat for send the compensation requested them urgent.
