Sukam Battery — service not provided in new battery

I have purchased sukam dry battery from ambernath ( thane dist.) on 6th may -09 with stating 24 mth gurantee i have send that battery at my residence in AGRA , After working for two mth battery has stopped working, i have informed to company call center . from there he gave me complain no. which is 877. nxt day there service person visited and inform that this battery is not repairable and you will get the replacement fro the same , he asked me for certain documents like invoive copy , gurantee card. i have shown him invoice copy . which was dated 06-may-09 . but the dealer has not provided me the gurantee card , when i have asked the dealer for the same he told us that he has also not received the gurantee card from the same . he has given me in written . same i have informed to company but they have refused to change my battery , They says according to serial no. the gurantee of that battery is over. how can it be possible when i have purchased the same in may. I have talked to mr. rahul , mr. hajari lal they have refused to solve the issue. mr. gopal singh and mr. vijay sharma has not received the call . almost call the 10 times each

please solve my issue as soon as possible

Sukam Battery — Back up time less than 10 minutes

I purchased Sukam Battery and inverter on 21.6.2007, from dream home shop, Baliapal, Balasore, Orissa. Now The battery gives aback up time less than 10 minutes.please send your service pupils to solve it .It is within warranty period.
