[Resolved]  Sukam Inverter — Inverter & Battery Not Charging problem

Dear Sir/Mam,

I had purchased the Sukam inverter on 10th May '10 from Moradabad.But ever since I faced tremendous problem with the service.I had lodged the last complaint on 04/06/2010 regarding my inverter & battery also . Engineer visited on 06/06/10 and said it will be replaced ASAP but it is not replaced. I am calling to the Sukam helpline number[protected] but not getting proper response.Request to do the needful to replace my inverter battery at the earliest.

Dear Friends,
In future don't make a mind to purchage the sukam invertor.
because the service is very poor.I was purchaged the sukam invertor before three months ago.now my invertor has a problem.i was make complaint to customer care & having complaint no [protected].But there is no response i am getting.
So my friends if sukam company give the invertor free of cost.don, t make a mistake to take the invertor

I purchased the Sukam inverter 850va with Cosmic battery on 10th oct '12 from Laksar, , Haridwar. .But ever since I faced continuous low battery problem since last 02 months.and now invertor not take charging since last 07 days.
Please do the needful as earliest possible.

I purchased Su-Kam 850 VA inverter shiny S.No 50501B[protected] and Su-Kam 150AH tall Tubulor battery S.No.[protected] on[protected] from Deep Enterprises, Hyderabad. The inverter stopped working from[protected]. Imeediatly I lodged complaint through toll free number on the same day. In spite making so many calls to toll free number and Hyderabad office, the service engineer not visited and rectified since the battery is not charging as on[protected]PM. Best after sales service as promised before purchasing is false.
