I have subscribed to the HERMITAGE-2000 scheme of Suman Resorts(India) Limited, a public limited company- regd. office at India Printing House, 42, Ambekar Marg, Wadala, Mumbai-400 031.
I have made a payment of Rs. 65000/- as per the requirement of the scheme. The Company promised as per their certificate to pay Rs. 100000/- after 5 years. The agreement issued by the company is dated 27/07/2001 which means by July'06 the company should have paid the amount as promised by them.
I have not received any information from their side. As per their agreement also, they promised a minimum dividend of 11% every year.which again was never paid till date. I am residing at Bhopal and it really becomes dificult to visit the mumbai office, but inspite of this, I visited their office and also corresponded in writing but there was no reply from their side, also when I visited the Wadala office , I was told by the availbale staff that they are in the process of winding up and cannot make payments. Their response was improper and did not guide properly. I have come to know that their resorts are functioning at different places & it is still a running company. Since they have promised to pay the amount, it is already 10 years, I have not recd any amount or any correspondence from them.
Kindly guide me as to what steps can I take to recover my money back. Was this information helpful? |
