I got the service on 5th September 2011. But, i enjoyed all the channels hardly for 10 days. Only few channels are available (Hardly 10-15 including all languages). Then, I complained to the person who installed the instrument bu frustrated hearing I'm suppose the pay him Rs. 250/- to fix the problem. I called the customer care are complained on 26th Sept (No: 3814297074 provided by Mr. Sudhakar) and promised the service within 48 hours. But, no one turned. Again, I called on 4th Oct 2011. Again I'm promised the visit within 24 hours (after escalating the complaint to the manager!!) by Mr. Ramakrishna (Complaint number: 1387325722). Guys, today it's 10th October and world is moving along with the time. Seems like time haven't moved to Sun Direct team!!!
