I'm alos facing the same problem ( not able to recharge )for the last three days ( 20/04/09 to 22/04/09). some one from sun direct management should take necessary action to solve this issue.
same problem to me also. I just want to subscribe for sony max but the recharge card is available only for Rs.243. I recharged through online but there is no option to select the channal. i tried both toll free number and the call centre. as usual both r busy. its not very very poor service. its no service.
i have been trying past a week ..i was not able to aproach at any source.kindly talk my complaimts serious ...

Sun Direct — Any time Line Busy to the Customer Care unable to Recharge my Dish
Even if we keep dailing the no[protected] from Dawn to Dusk it vil not be free to be attended, an if also its been attended it vill take half hour for the call be attended by any 1, an after recharging / re-activating the A/C the pictire vil not come in the dish saying some error, an again we hav to keep on daililg the Phone no.. An Y does'nt the Management give a Toll free no so that @least the customer;s money vill not be emptied in this manner also.. For recharging the A/C also we need to call to the Customer Care an the Customer Serbice Representative need;s to do the recharge..No end for this story I have purchased recharge coupon but no response in customer care - its very bad treat. vide my recharge coupon id no. [protected] and my smart card No. [protected]. Please recharge immediately to day.

SUN DTH is cheating the people. They are giving the ADD; 32 Rs for star sports to watch 20-20. But there is no 32 Rs cards avail in the market. Shops are selling only 100Rs cards. There is a link in their web site to make the payment using credit / debit card. But for the past 4 days (I started checking for the past 4 days) that link is not also working.
As usual we cant reach none of the cust care no (I trust sun direct is the worst cust care service).
With out selling the add-on amount for 32 Rs how they are giving the offer?
To whom we need to ask?

Very very poor SUN Direct customer care. Better they can close this business instead of cheating the customer.

Mind you this is not the first time I am facing this problem. The service is going from bad to worse. It is time that somebody pulls up this company for providing such deplorable service to the paying public.
