[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Recharge and activation problem

I had brought sundirect dts till last month was not working.then i have brought Rs 100.recharge card but i could not recharge it .cause[protected] number not responce.
Then i tried mobile recharge but no responce what can i do.
Note;Smart card no R[protected]
setup box no HO[protected]
My Recharge card s no;T[protected]
pin no;[protected]
Please activate it.

SUN DIRECT is very very bad in service. I had lost lot of money. Now I am using another DTH and feeling better
we don't know why u r running customer care, its merely waste no use for any customers, it just advertising the offers and not satisfying customers need. we can't able to contact the customer care to rectify our needs.i paid rs 175 pack through online but channels are not activating. don't cheat customers by running these kinds of customer care. dont waste ur time and valuable customers time and money also. i am really feeling why we using sun dth, its very poor customer satisfaction service.
My Smart card No is r [protected]. I topup Rs.200 today. But my account is not activated till now.

Hi, Very sad to inform you that you have changed previous login website and we are facing difficult to recharge, add/remove channels or up/downgrade pachage. also we are unable to use the web page to check our account. We are living such a place that we dont get mobile network to contact you. there are lots of customers facing same problem. whenever I use to log on, asks to enter email id and mobile No. when I give email id, I get the link in my mail but will not browse to go through. U are sending verification code to the mobile, which I cannot get network. So please let me know how can I use the site.
Balance present RS, 1068.
Box status: Active
But unable to change package or add-ons, I tried many time but not successful.
Please help us and update regarding this issue.

I done my recharge through debit card payment for recharging the sundth and it showed that it successfully recharged . But channel is not activated until i paid 2nd time to recharge that. I lost Rs 175..So kindly take necessary action for repay that money to my bank account.
