there are one common problewm in sun dth. there basic pack like bangla shine pack . this pack problem
is addon pack is not according to basic pack. some channels are exist in basic pack. i said many time to rearrage your addon pack channels according to basic pack. they have no headach.

Sun Direct recharge success No:[protected].[protected] Morning 5.00am I am 5 times calling for Customer care number but not responds the customer care, Second day[protected] I am calling for morning 5.00 am, attend the customer name is Abdul. My problem is not display the Sun Direct Connection. But Abdul as give the report number [protected]. Evening call for Vijay gave the report No.[protected]. To day not recharge my Sun Direct Number. Please recharge my account and than display the Sun Direct Connection.

I am 7 times calling for Customer care. 1 time calling charge Rs.15 /-. So 7*15=105 /-
