[Resolved] Sun Direct — Poor Service & Signal Strength | |||
Just want to bring into notice of Poor signal strength and much poor service of Sundirect DTH service. For the last 3 - 4 months, most of the channels are not coming. When called, the staff said that there is some issue in the satellite signal reception. Then after 1 month, they said that they have to load new software and from last 2 months, nthing happened. During the last few days, some channels stopped working e.g. CNBC awaaz (even paid channel) and other channels also not working properly. I think its time to change the DTH service provider. Sir i have sun direct DTH I call so many times to custmor care rwegarding signal problem ib rechage my Dth every month by 130 but i unable to see channels due to bad signal but company not giving any responcec against my compliant , so do needful for mekailas badane

me pichele 4 month se customer care me complen kar raha hu ki mere sun dth me signal catch nani kar raha hai aur vo mujhe har bar yahi batate hai ki apke home par ja kar hamare tecnishiyan dth ko uplod karenge magar aaj tak koi bhi person ne mujhe se contect nahi kiya hai. me ye janana chahta hu ki customer ke complene ka koi responce hai ya nahi ya aise he murkh banaya jata hai.plz ya to mera problem dur kare ya mujhe confirm kar de ki mere dth ka kuch nahi hoga.mera smart card no hai [protected] aur mera mobile no hai [protected]61%
