[Resolved] Sun Direct — Removing Channels without informing

Hi,

I was using the TATA Sky since three years I was in Maharashtra. I never had such problems. Now I have shifted to Delhi and I have taken a Sun Direct Connection and activated the Maga Shine package. Last week they have removed all the channels o[censored]TV. From Yesterday they have removed Asianet and Asianet Plus. Today I have contacted customer care and enquired about this and the executive said all these channels are removed from the Megashine Package and I have to activate the Malayalam Package for Asianet and Asianet Plus by recharging Rs. 99/-. The UTV channels are not available in SUN direct.

This is a very bad experience for me. At least they should have infomed that these channels will not be available from this date. So that we can have arranged.

Any amount of condemnation is less for SUN DTH services. They are cheating the public. As many as 18 channels are missing aginst those promised in their brouchre. On making complaint they simply say that they shall notify when channels are back to service. They should be made to refund full payment of the aggrieved complainents.
