Sun Direct — Sun Direct Dish TV not working

On 16/09/2009 after rains my Sun Direct is not working for me. My Sundirect number is[protected] R. The set box number is C[protected]. I called Sun direct customer care and informed them of the problem they said I need to contact the distributor MST Enterprises who sold this settop and dish. But I was not able to contact the distributor. Again I called sundirect 16/09/2009 they said with 24 hours the distributor will call me. But after 48 hours still I've not received the call. Today 18/09/2009, I called the customer care they said they cannot do anything. The mobile no[protected] they gave is being cut everytime a call is made. The landline 6461 2335 is a invalid number. I've paid one year fees for the connections and subscription, but I'm being fleeced. Please advise.

My sun direct is not working since yesterday and I called up customer service 4 times but they only tell me to get in touch with the distributor, who contact details they don’t have.
I am surprised every time the customer service is giving me the address and telling me to locate the distributor, as they don’t have distributor numbers. I am surprised to see these kind of companies are surviving. I am going to post to all blogs on Web not to go for sun direct as it only installs the dish rest you are on your own when it is not working.

my dish tv sun direct is not working since 8th march to till date, i am trying to complaine in custmore care 4th times but they are not showing any intrest to resolved my problem, when i call to custmore care they are saying will will be resolved with in 24 hours. but after 24 hours they are not calling me or my problem is same so you are requested(SCREEN WILL SHOW"E50-32NO SERVICE WILL AVAILABLR" please help me to get resolved my problem.

THREE DAYS BEFORE I HAVE LOGED MY COMPLAINT THAT MY DISH NOT WORKING AND BEEN GIVEN NO. IIPM23065 SAYING OUR COUNSELORS WILL GET BACK SOON,BUT TILL TODAY NOBODY HAD TURNED UP.I HAVE PURCHASED SUNDIRECT DISH FROM M/S.ONTECK MARKETING,MS-1,YADAV COMPLEX,SECTOR.12,PRATAPVIHAR,GAZIABAD,U.P. I HAVE CALLED MR.LALIT AND LOGED MY COMPLAINT 5DAYS BEFORE BUT TILL TODAY NOT RECTIFIED. LOT OF ADVERTISEMENT IS DONE BY THE COMPANY,BUT SERVICE HOPELESS.

My dish tv sun direct is not working since 9th December to till date, i am trying to complaine in custmore care 6th times but they are not showing any intrest to resolved my problem, when i call to custmore care they are saying will will be resolved my problem to sending their engginier with in 24 hours. but after 24 hours they are not calling me or my problem is same.I also talked 4-5 Sundirect Employee Per day 3-4 Times and they are saying they will come in my home within 4-5 Hours but no one come till now.I am giving you their name with Mobile Number as bellow.Please take the action against him because they are cheating with the custemer.So you are requested please help me to get resolved my problem. Other wise we will complain in consumer Court also.

our dish is not working and I come to learn that set off box is under repair and we do not how to repair the dish. I we were able to get a new set off box for us. I need you help contact no [protected]
