[Resolved] Sun Direct DTH Chennai — Bad service
I have applied for a DTH connection from Sundirect in Selaiyur. The dealer, distributor and Company i went through to get the device equipped at my home after 4 days of payment and also after several phone calls. After connection I realized that, they dont provide many channels that are listed in their website or brochure.
Customer care number is even worst. You select option for english and executive for Tamil will pick the call. Having a bad time with Sundirect. They speak through the advertisement the truth, that they are provide cheap connections, but with fewer channels and implementation charges are also high. Any sensible solution to this problem is welcome.
