Hi,

I have applied for a DTH connection from Sundirect in Selaiyur. The dealer, distributor and Company i went through to get the device equipped at my home after 4 days of payment and also after several phone calls. After connection I realized that, they dont provide many channels that are listed in their website or brochure.

Customer care number is even worst. You select option for english and executive for Tamil will pick the call. Having a bad time with Sundirect. They speak through the advertisement the truth, that they are provide cheap connections, but with fewer channels and implementation charges are also high. Any sensible solution to this problem is welcome.

Sun Direct DTH not working — Sun Direct DTH not working, money not repaid

HI,

I am a Sun direct DTH customer from the past 6 months, Sun direct has changed their Satellite, so the DTH dish need to align to the new satellite direction. Its been few months since we see a channel in our TV.

We are also paying extra money for a sports channel which we never get to see it on TV but the money is being deducted on regular basis. When ask for this, they say tell me the dates when you did not get the service, we will renew it. But what is the use to renew such a unworthy service which never works.
I have raised several complaints to Customer Care, but there was no action. The response from customer care people is also not satisfactory. I have asked to disconnect my connection and give my money back, they say that there is no "Disconnect" option. This is ridiculous! We are fed up with this service on top of that we lost our money too. We are looking for some one who can take action on these people.

SUN DTH — not working, no action but taking money from account

last two month is not working and there is no action.My Smart Card No: [protected].Indian Government and Tamil Nadu government must initiate the Law for buy back arrangement or penalty if the DTH service provider is not resolve issue and attending problem.

Sun Direct Network — not given service and not respond by customer care and

My name is Babu, I have taken Sun Network DTC in 2008 year. Since two months we are not getting programmes from Sun Network. Our sun net work box no:[protected] and ID is R[protected] . Many time I spoke with customer care service and spent arount 250/- by way of telephone charges, one of my compliant number is [protected] dt. 10.12.2010 I got complaing no n umber with great difficult, but there is no response. In Customer care diffirent different name of persons attending calls and giving same answar that ' "problem will rectify by our techonical persons but there is no response further". Even customer care persons not telling their office address as well as distributors address to discuss directly. They have cheating all people with TV adds. Many people taking their DTH service with paying of around 2000/-. In above circumstances I am reqeusting your intervention to find out facts and give necessary summons to sundirect pvt ltd to provide good service, if not posible company should refund the 2000/- money.
I cant begin to describe the disgust I feel when i have to call the customer care ...my connection has not been working since oct 2010 and i have survived 106 days of 24 hours action..that is still pending. Somebody should take them to court and shut sown their services.

Sir, i purchased a Sundirect Setop box but since last 2 month it is dead and i have filed 3 complaints regarding this but nobody is giving response i am in great trouble i want to thrown out sundirect from my house and i want my money back please help me..

i have recharged my sundirect for 1 year on last friday ...before that i did not use it for 8months due to exam ...and they told software should be reloaded and we did that but we did not receive any channels .when we asked to customer care they told within 48 hours it wil come but 48 hours have crossed, , , it is not working

customer care is not proper their not giving the proper information their not helping i have called them 5times ...we r wasting our money

India's biggest Sun direct network spoils name due to improper internal network strength like improper distributers and local nodal officers, executives, technicians etc... i have been following up almost 3 months for replacement of my setup box, till now nothing happens. i wasted my time and money and mails to nodal officers...This is very annoying me and thinking to replace my DTH service... what to do ??? Sun DTH only having 3 tamil channels in HD... else i would have shifted long back... Such a Poor service by them.

Sun direct dth connection

I brought sun direct dth hd connection always i having problem in hd connection.Service is worst .No proper response from customer care executives.Bad experience with sun direct dth .
I have paid 100 rs add on pack for hd connection, there is a problem in hd signal, so i give complaint to sun direct. But they ask 150rs for service.

Recently Sun direct executive called me and said that my set top box need to be upgraded for viewing additional channel and they will change it for free of cost. I upgraded it and getting multiple issues. The new set top box is of very cheap quality and remote buttons work horrible. When you press any button, it will jump two times. Also except Sun network, none of the network is visible. When I called the call centre, they say that my dish alignment is changed and they need to send an executive to home to correct it. Rs 150 will be charged + if any parts are having issue, additional charges will incur. When I asked him that this issue is after changing the set top box, the customer care executive keep on repeating that the issue is due to dish misalignment. Finally, I come to know that this is all master plan to get money from the customer. So my advice to sun direct customer is, please don't change your set top box and get in to trouble, thanks.
