[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Very poor Service

Dear Friends ,

I have purchase Sun Direct last year. But from last two month my experince is very very bad. They are displaying in there channels that they are shifting to new Satelight and they will be sending Service person to for adjust the Dish.

Even after paying amount i am not able to view channels . and i have call more then 15 time to the customer care service but no response. Every time they give new date .

Pls do not buy Sun Direct it 100 % fraud company. They can spend crores of rupees for add but they will not spend for Service,.

SUN DTH — VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

Worst ever customer service for SUN DTH ... my connection is down for past 20 days but not a bloody technician turned up.. and the dealers of the network are more worse.. NEVER OPT FOR SUN DTH I[censored]R PLANNINMG TO TAKE A DTH CONNECTION
Dear Frends, I have purchased Sundirect during 2009 and since then, I have watched hardly 10 hours. Now since last three months, Sundirect have changed dish alignment settings and no one came to me and adjusted the dish. Since then I have lodged many complaints and service is poor. There is no response to rectify this. Suggested not to buy Sunnetwork DTH. They should have suggested how to change settings to view atleastsome channels.
Smart Card ID: [protected], I have purchased DTH connection during 2009. Since then I have wached hardly 20 hours. Now Sundirect Have shifted to another settelite and changed dish alignment settings. I am unable to watch DTH services from Sundiect. In addition to this I have taken local cable connection. Inspite of many complaints, Sundrect service personnel failed to send technicians to rectify thish dish alignmnet. So it is waste connection to me. It is suggested to new customers not to take Sundirect connection.

last thee months i face many difficulties due signal we not watch DD1&DD2 & OTHER channel i am allready post a email to sun direct but no action through the dealer dealers demand is Rs.150/= by mobile no.[protected] mobile holder is Mr.Faizi technician of sun direct above mobile no.provide to me by mobile no.[protected] sun direct dealer kindly do the needfull & suggess to me that i paid the amount Rs.150/= other wise i take any other action my mobile no.[protected] my [protected]@gmail.com
Don’t buy SUN DTH! Very Bad Service
Today Also its down…………Heavy load can’t survive the SUN DYH server
I cant see the IND vs. PAK match because of SUN DTH customer
Stupid connection and services……………….Cheating customers….

Very poor service...Sun direct DTH....In the customer care no one is responding properly.....29th march 2011 we top up the same. we cannot see the programs in tv....now, today is 2nd april..2011. till now it is not working.....Direct service is not available in sun direct DTH. Kindly arrange the service centers properly in all the areas. and also update the service centers contact number in the website....

I tuk sundirect 1 month bak & i startd hating it frm the 1st day itself...nothing wil be displayd if a rain comes & most of the chanel slots r empty wen i switch chanels...and abt discovery chanel its waste adding it by paying additional money 4 dat, dey playes english & hindi at the same time & we wont understand a thing...i dunno y r they ruining a wonderful chanel lyk dat..

Sun Direct — Very Poor service & Response

Sun Direct Services are very poor. I have been not getting channels for the past 72 hrs even after calling the customer care. Customer care has given me 3 complaint numbers. When I call and ask for the complaint number the executive says we could not find any complaint number previously raised and raise a new complaint number. To resolve this issue it would take 48 hrs. I have really called them for more than 10 times
Even online recharging is very poor. Every time we get an error while online recharghing. Quality of transmission other than Sun network channels are not all good.I suggest all not to go for Sun Direct at all.

Apka 1 doller kewal 41 rupye ka liya jayega.
Payment pane ke liye Apke pass axis bank ya state bank of india ka account hona chahiye.
I recharged my account, sitll Error message E16-4 is being displayed.. how long will u take to process ? it has been 5 hours now.. HOw to speak to customer care executive?? line is not being connected .. is it 24/7 service as u promise?
