[Resolved] Sun Dth — not recharge successfully | |||
Sir 20 July i have recharge the sun DTH from Recharge it now web site but i did not get my recharge successfully at the same it shows you recharge was not done so the money will re back to your account. it will take 5 to 7 working days but today is 30 July 12 still i am not getting my money refund in my account. I Have TATA Sky DTH connection Rechrage for Rs 200 isnot lasting for 30 daysRecently rechareged for Rs200 on[protected] same day recd messege for due
date[protected] on[protected] recd SMS showing due date[protected]
while i have been told that Package of Rs 200 is for 1 month
no proper reply and recharge option is very very worst???????????//

SUN DTH — not allotted package opted for
Respected Sir,I subish kumar purchased SUN DTH from modern electronics, khadki, pune, 18/jul/2009 on
on my purchase i opted for "shine" package, after instalation i was not able to watch
COLORS channel, so i enquired and got information from dealer that , sun activated "shine bangali"
for me
i protested with one of service agent named "sharat" mobile no [protected]
some how he activated COLORS channel ,now after 4 months when i recharged
same problem reappeared ,
it was a mistake happend from sun, why i should pay extra for there mistake
please healp me
