my 2 Fixed deposits of Rs 34,000. each ,matured on 2-12 2002 has not been refunded by the company ,Sunearth Ceramics Mumbai.
I request the Forum to help me in getting back my money.

you will have to lodge a compalint with the economic offences wing of Mumbai police and also send a copy to Company law board . do not send ORIGINAL FD receipt to anyone as this only will stand in court. I have done the same

I do suffer for non refund of FD amount. Company is non responsive and irresposible. Fd no 53320 of May 2001

GOVERNMENT IS CORRUPT AND THEY SUPPORT
THROW CONGRESS OUT

The firm is bogus, I also invested Rs 10K and was due fir payment on Mar'01, visited many times at firm office at bank st Mumbai and send many letters, but all came back un delivered, court has already order them for payment but no response .

Sun Earth Ceramics Limited — Non Payment of Deposit

I had made a fixed deposit with Sun Earth Ceramic ltd. of Rs. 20000.00 on 10/08/2001 for a period of one year at an interest rate of 13% PA.. Prior to the maturity date the company had issued a letter expressing problems and delay in returning the FD. I had written a letter the the Bench officer of the companies Affairs, Western Region giving all details under a Registered AD on 19/12/2002 and a copy was sent to Regional Director, Ministry of Company Affairs. a copy was also sent to MOC, New Delhi. I had also written a letter to the Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch Mumbai. I have all acknowledged receipts.
Unfortunately no body has responded.

I am also a depositor of Sun Earth Ceramics Ltd, deposit matured on 26.7.2004 amount not paid.
Sri Nikhil Vadia says they have formed a Whatsapp group for the claimants of Sun Earth Ceramics Ltd.

My FDR NO. 7501 of Rs. 15000 Due date 24 / 05 / 2001 is not refunded.

I had given a sum of Rs. 15, 000/- to Sun Earth Ceramics Ltd. on 12/02/2001 fora period of one year (FDR No. 51189 dated 12/02/2001). The F. D. matured on 11/02/2012 and the F. D. Reeipt was returned through Bajaj Capital Ltd. on 20/11/2003. Uptill now no response regarding the refund of the Principal amount and interest there on. I have referred the case to the Police Commissioner, Crime Branch C.I. D. on 19/11/2003 as well as to the Company Law Board on 27/08/2009. But no response from any body. Now I gather the Company has gone into liquidation fom 11/02/2016. What is the remedy for us now?

New Bharat Building, Ghorupdeo Cross Lane No: 1, Off Rambhau Bhogle Road, Byculla, Mumbai 400033.

I received an acknowledgement for the same, Letter given to company on 01/01/2003

Non receipt of FD redemption Amt. from Company, I made a complaint to Commissioner of Police ( Economic offence wing ) on 29/05/2003

However, till today, I have Not received my FD amount, and there has been no correspondence or any communication from M/s SUN EARTH CERAMICS LTD. on the subject matter.

I request you to please help me in getting back my FD amount along with interest accrued on the same till date.
