I am having a 20 loob mobile no regarding a complaint of caller ring back tone, special SMS&other additional services for which i am getting the bill after complaning at the mobile assist and given letter to your loop mobile gallery at mohd ali road.after complaning several time iam getting unnecessary bill inspite of this your mobile assist name barkha is calling an telling me that kindly make a payment of so n so amount even i haved not recived the bill and she was saying that i will deactivate your line who is barkha ? how can she could treatme like this to your platinium customer, after her call i spoke again to your mobile assist kishore to lodge a complaint and even he was not ready to take a complaint and told me i will take my staff side and i wont take acomplaint this is not the way to talk to your platinium coustmer. so kindly take some action we are looking foward for your reply or else i have to swtich over to other mobile networks.yon can call me on my no [protected].
