[Resolved]  Sunday Times — FRAUD ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION

I had subscribed for following magazines.
1. The Sunday Indian
2. Business & Economy. Both for 1 year.
This was through online transcation with confirmation sent to my email address.
Site : http://www.businessandeconomy.org/07022008/default.asp
Subscription Page:http://www.businessandeconomy.org/bigoffer.html

My Order No. 6960 dated 17th feb 2008.

I have not received any copy of both the magazines till date. I tried contacting
the officals through their contact addresses ([protected]@ccavenue.com,
rajat.[protected]@businessandeconomy.org, surbhi.[protected]@businessandeconomy.org,
abhimanyu.[protected]@businessandeconomy.org, [protected]@businessandeconomy.org,
[protected]@gmail.com). Multiple attempts to get a response from the above officials
proved futile.
I neither received the magazines nor the refund of the amount till date.

I baught the sunday mail on the 5/12/2010 and presented my token to the agent for my free advertised Sesame Street Christmas Carol DVD. The reason for this was we only get so many they wont pay the freight. So my answer is dont advertise what you have no intension of supplying.
I have not been getting any joy or help when I am not receiving my subscribed sunday times and this has occurred specifically to me for more than 5 times since I started this subscription last year. It is with deepest disappointment that yesterday I DID NOT RECEIVE MY SUNDAY TIMES AND I CALLED [protected] IMMEDIATELY TO REPORT NON DELIVERY, I was assured that it was going to be delivered and even got an sms confirming that but it was NEVER DELIVERED and I kept on calling the number until in the evening with no response. I am Nonhle Mbambo staying at 50 Knightsbridge, 38 James Herbert Road Pinetown 3610, My contact number: [protected]
Monday the 25th September 2017 I requested the withdrawal from my dollar account the sum of 60, 000 dollars.

I was told the charge for drawing this down would be 2% this was the equivalent of approx £845.00.

I complained to no avail and refused to go ahead with the request.

I am now looking to change Banks
