Sundirect — do not get channels | |||
Sir, Iam a sundirect DTH service customer since 23/1/2011.my account was expired before 9/9/2011,and i charge my account on 9/9/2011 but i do not get the proper connection of sun direct DTH service after it charged on 9/09/2011.my account has alredy minimum balanced.We inform our complaint to customer care srvice for three times.they donot respond to our complaint and the sun direct customer care service responce was to bad.we wait for three days but we dont get our channel subscription or reply.there are so many problems occuring in the service.so kindly notify my complaint and please take further action to solve our problems and get it fastly.so put my subscription well as soon as possible. your's trustfully our connection details given below, connection holder name-padmini Amma Address-perathu House Chingoli,chingoli p.o,Alapuzha,kerala smart card I.D number-[protected]R complaint number[protected][/QUOTE] Was this information helpful? | |||
