[Resolved] Sunflame Geyser — Poor Product - Worst Service | |||
I have purchased a Sunflame Geyser - 15 Ltr Equator model around a year back. I studied the brouchure - It mentions all about high quality - safety features etc - so I was convinced (now I realize - that was my mistake acutally) about it and bought it. Within one month it developed problems and had been under repair most of the winter since then. Sometimes the element gets short, sometimes thermostat is not working, once assembly got choked. once even had a blast in geyser (biggest wonder the technician could not even figure what caused the blast and simply once again replaced 2-3 parts). All this inspite of it being repaired by the authorised service center numerous times. This was about the quality of the product, service and spare parts. Even bigger problem is the timelines and behaviour of the service center. Not even one complaint was resolved in less than a month. They simply haggle over some time and then quitly close the complaint. Very often they said that particular part is out of stock and later on after numerous followups simply denied that they were suppose to replace any part at all. It was very frustrarting dealing with the service center. Called up the headquarters of Sunflame to escalate the complaints but the reception told they do not have any machanism of escalation or complaint about their service center. Instead they gave me the contact number of area sales manager. Called him up and then again same story unfolds. I am attaching the pics of geyser after blast. Was this information helpful? | |||

I APPEAL TO ALL - NEVER EVER BUY ANY SUNFLAME PRODUCTS ESPECIALLY GEYSERS.
NOT JUST THE PRODUCTS ARE OF VERY LOW QUALITY BUT SERVICE IS ALSO PATHETIC.
