[Resolved]  Sunflow Gas Geyser — using harsh language

Dear Sir,

We have purchased Sunflow gas geyser from Laxmi (kandivali) in April-2009, from last 3months we are facing problem with it and dealer as well as company person not paying attention on it.
Company person using very harsh language when we call him on his mobile fone.
Kindly do the needful.

What kind of a problem is it? Does not heat water up to adequate temperature? Or does it not start heating at all?

We get smell of gas while geyser is working & not heat water as earlier as we get.
