sunil kumar — Excess Payment

Dear Sir,

I tried for online reservation from Ghaziabad to Bhachau BG on 29 Oct 2011 in the name of Anil Chaudhary. The moment I clicked the option to pay the payment of ticket through Debit Card the right time my transaction was failed due to error of net service and I had not also received any confirmation of ticket booking on my email address of mobile phone. Assuming that my reservation booking process was not completed after some time I tried again to book the ticket and instantly got ticket booking confirmation both on my mobile and email address vide ticket transaction ID : [protected] and subsequently Rs 371 deducted from my account twice in 10 minutes interval both for error transaction and confirmation ticket. Would you suggest me please that the excess amount Rs 371 which has been deducted from my account on account of error transaction for same ticket can be liquidated to my account. Your reply on the matter will be highly appreciated.
