Acute Short Supply of Water at Mahavir Enclave Part-3 D block House no. D-496 to D-490 street no-61.
Dear Sir,

We wish to bring to your notice the very tough situation, we the residents of House no. D-496 to D- 490 Street No-61, Mahavir Enclave Part-3, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 110059 have to experience due to acute shortage of water in our street. There has been practically no or very little water supply for past one month in this street of houses.The rest house in street have no problem do not have any such problem. In fact they have been continuously getting regular supply of water.

There is some issue with the water pressure becasue when water start it comes for 5 min after that it stop, because water pumps are started in colony. therefore water not comes upto my house.

We, the affected residents, in the recent past have tried too many time to communicate this issue to the concerend officers of Jal board, but i am not able to find who will handle, because when i call him every time phone rings but no buddy hook off if hook up than we are not concerned officer.

As citizen of this country, we do have right to have basic amenities made available to us. I am sure that you have mechanism in place to ensure that such grievances are addressed/ resolved in shortest possible of time.

We request you to please take note of our concern and help in resolution asap.
