[Resolved]  Supertech Upcountry — cheating by asking for invalid extra charges

I also booked a 200sq yard plot in supertech upcountry in Jan 2011. at the time of allotment the price listed is rupees 333000/ full and final but now possession letter has received but they demanded for extra charges for rupees 341293/ which is not disclosed during sale and allotment time thereore we really pleased that company should give possession by not taking these charges as this is cheating with customers.

I think this is being done with each customers because I also have booked a plot of 100 Sqyds at Upcountry in Oct 2010. Now the possession letter has been issued to me before actual readiness of Plot. I have visited the site on 15.08.2012 and found there is so many things to do in the plot before possession. Also the payment part is just like Supertech wants to recover the loss of Noida Extension from Upcountry project buyers. The actual full & final payment i.e. including other charges, was Rs. 1627000 and now the possession letter is showing this is as Rs. 1900000/-. This is really a cheating with customers. Supertech top officials must come forward and waive all these additional charges otherwise the Reputation Supertech made in more than 20 years will be lost in next 2 years.

The all cheated buyers have to unite togather to fight with injustice.

i also have a plot of 150 sq yard in supertech upcountry. after seeing final possession demand i suprised to see 3 lacs extra.

The most IMPORTANT issue is they called for possession but there is no scope of REGISTRY of these plots in near future, as the farmers are started moving to court against this aquicition.

Now the question is what is the meaning of possession of plot WITHOUT REGISTRY ???? so please do not pay the final amount till registry.

I have spoken to supertech guys, they assured me that the registry will done withing 3 months and force me to pay. I told him please give me in writing then i will pay, they backed to their commitment and refuge to give in writing .

2012 to 2017, SuperTech project at Up Country, Yamuna Expressway remains partially delivered and partially possessed !

I have possession letter (150 sqyd plot) from Supertech just prior to the Farmer Compensation issue and hence that amount was not added in my letter. But every time since I got possession, whenever I have visited the site in hope of seeing villa constructions on plots by individual buyers, I have seen almost no houses built (except couple in my last visit mid-2016). Each time I was told that Yamuna Authority has not opened Registry AND I need to first pay the Farmer Compensation to Supertech (~ 2.5L).

Now that the govt has changed, hope Registry will open up. But am I required to pay the Farmer Compensation? Is there any Interest changed on Farmer Compensation payment by Supertech?
