[Resolved]  Supreme Motors — Gross negligence

20 days back i gave my pulsar 200cc bike for servicing to nandigudda service station, mangalore and had agreed for replacement of chain and foot rest in addition to routine servicing...
i had absolutely no complaints about my electric starter or battery because those parts were working 100% to my satisfaction...
The technicians there had installed a relay starter without asking for my consent. The bill came upto 2900rs which included 163rs of that relay starter which one of the employer agreed that it got spoilt during the routine wash of the vehicle...
Nevertheless i paid the entire amount and got my bike only to find the ignition would turn on automatically when i pressed clutch and then continued to ignite all the time when the bike was running.., n finally the battery discharged completely. Since 200cc has no kick start i was forced to keep my bike at home all these days... By pushing it i got it started finally and took it back to the servicing station where they told me the battery was damaged because of continued ignition...
Now its not my fault that they damaged the relay starter during servicing and the replaced relay starter had damaged my battery...
When i asked to speak about this issue, the manager Mr.Ravishanker refused comment on this...
Now my battery is not working and because of that i'm not able to use my bike and i expect supreme motors to replace it as it was thier technician's fault due which i'm facing this problem...
I hope justice will be provided for the problems i suffered and the damage caused to my bike...
...Thank you...
