[Resolved] Suryashine Developers And Builders — false promises of farm land with club facilities | |||
I have purchased app. 5000 sft of farm land from surya shine developers and builders in 2007 in Surya Grand- Sathnur with a promise that the farm land layout will have only 20 sites with all facilities such as club house,playground and water,electicity to each site with compound wall for the layout. However they have not developed any thing for the last three years. Recently i heard in the news the propmoters are arrested for cheating public for collection of money. I want to know whether 1)any body else has registered site in Suryagrand -Sathnur(Hoganahalli). 2) Whether the site and registration is genuine . 3) how to ensure the safe custody of the site My contact number: [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

surya shine builders and developers — non development of registered farmland and non-marking of sites
I have purchased and registered 2 sites of 6000 sq ft each in "surya elite" project in halagur hobli,malavalli taluk.Registration was done on 16/01/2009.I came to know only recently that the office at BTM Layout is wound up and three partners were arrested by mico layout police for cheating in 2010.I recently visited the farmland and found that except for the first 14 sites other plots have not been marked.Even though registration was done as though the sites are in lingapattana village this place is actually at benamanahally close to halagur and off channapatna road from halagur(second turning on the right on the mud road).Can others who have registered there get in touch with me at [protected]@yahoo.com.We have to do some joint marking of sites before they vanish.Can somebody tell me what happened to the fraudsters after the arrest? HI. I too invested a substantial amount and ran behind them like a dog... no use.. all cheques returned ...My Mobile number [protected]. they duped 110 people, including 85 software professionals, by making false promises of providing homes near IT hub Electronic City. I gave the complaint no action or result as of now...

The Non Bailable Warrant has been issued against this person in the Court of the Honorable 6th ACMM at Bangalore for cheating and Criminal breech of Trust and also from the Honorable 13th ACMM for cheque Bouncing case U/S 138 of N.I.Act. And he is Absconding from past 2 years.
Anybody giving any information, clue or whereabouts of this person will be suitably rewarded.

I too invested 145000/- with frad company, they given site maip with site no every thing on paper only
have been to channapattana and checked, they paid only 3lks and odd to the land lords & taken the xerox papers from them, they used the same papers for to meterialise the payment from
