[Resolved]  Suzuki Access 125 Scooter — poor service ,on time delivery ,excessive charges

My scooter suzuki Access 125 went under b/d on 20.06.2012.The vehicle after starting in the morning engine got switched off. It is not getting started.Contacted service centre Pannivelil agencies Palakkad around 6 times and they arranged a service mechanic.The mechanic Checked the vehicle and reported that he not able to trace the problem and asked me to lift the vehicle to the service centre.The next day morning I arranged the same through a carrier.Even after repeated request also the service people did not attended the complaint.The next day with repeated inquiry they attended the problem however they were not ready to disclose the defect they noticed. By evening on repeated enquiry vehicle was ready. The service department was not ready to explain regarding the work they are carried out. They simply charged Labour charges as Rs 505/-. Unnecessarily the service people held the vehicle in their showroom and charged me an excessive bill.Moreover unnecessarily asked me to Lift the vehicle to the showroom.I had incurred an expenses of Rs 300/- and waste of energy and time to lift the vehicle to the showroom.Nothing was written in the jobcard and I strongly believe that the charges on account of labour is too excess.There is no explanation regarding the work carried out and the customer is getting bluffed.
I request that the detail of work done may be made available to me and the defect noticed to be intimated and the labour charges on each account may be displayed in the service centre and trained technitians may be employed so that suchdifficulty to consumer can be avoided in future.
Since I am in urgent need of vehicle I lifted it by paying and I strongly believe that the service centre made an exessive amount on me for unwarranted job they carried out.

After sale, no any problem hearing by service center, even in guarantee period face many problems.
Average is very low near to 30 to 35 km per Lt. Loss of money of customer.
Battery of Suzuki Access is failed with in 7 month. when remove Battery no service battery Provided. suffer the customer.
I purchased Suzuki access on 23/10/2018 at that time there is offer i[censored] purchased suzuki access 125 u get on ISI Standard Helmet free. since 8 month lots of complain and visit suzuki showroom and register complain at customer care but still didn't get satisfied answer
