dear sir,
I bought this bike (GS150R) in the last week of January, 2010. Since then, I noticed a vibration in my bike when it reaches 3500 rpm. The bike is silky smooth below, as well as above this particular (3500)rpm ( ie; 45 kmph & 47 kmph in 5th & 6th gear respectively, to be approximate). I have also noticed that the bikes "Pulling" also decreses dramatically at this perticular point
I have been complaining about this problem at the service center ( Pannivelil Motors Private Limited, Palakkad ) since the very next day of purchase, and throughout the Three services, but it seems that either they Failed to rectify the problem OR they Ignored my complaint. I even doubt that they are waiting for the free services to be completed, for they seem to be completely Adamant towards this problem, which is driving me crazy
At this point, this is the last chance I am taking, before I move to the Consumer Forum, in hope that you will get this mess cleared up during my next (4th) service, which will be done within next two weeks. Please do contact me for further details

you are right and the service of pannivelil motors is also very poor.the engine quality is nasty.i am getting in my gs150r a mileage of 24km/litre.don't buy this nasty bike
I purchased Suzuki GS150R on 26th January 2011.

Initially, bike was just awesome! Great smoothness with no vibrations. Slowly, front disc break started making irritating sound, so I went for 1st servicing. They did some cleaning on it and it stopped making noise. After a week, again the disc break noise started adding chain noise as well. I went to service centre, they suggested me a repair. I agreed and they did few cleaning activities. Again a week gone and all problems came up. There was a service camp arranged for Suzuki owners. I went to that camp, they fixed all above things for free but as usual problems started showing up within a week. I opted for 2nd servicing, and told them clearly, if the problem doesn’t get solved this time, I would be raising a complaint against you. They promised, but from yesterday I could hear the same noise again. Today, I would be filling a case in Suzuki service centre, if they don’t get ready to accept their mistake I would be filling a complaint in Consumer court.

One more thing, I didn’t get meaning for “Free Servicing”. It’s just a labour surcharge waiver. Every time Suzuki’s free service has cost me around Rs.500 to Rs.700, which is making me to think, if purchasing Suzuki’s bike was a right decision?

If anyone of you came across the same problem, and Suzuki could help you out, please do contact me on [protected].
