But I have not received any communication regarding phone dispatch till today.In the meanwhile I have learnt that there are many complaints against your store. Now, I am requesting you if there is any possibility, please refund my amount or otherwise, please send the phone immediately.

Maine 24/02/2016 ko online mobile YU yunique order kiya aur mere online a/c se 5399.00 Rs. debit kiya .Jo Maine 25/02/2016 ko order cancel kiya.but aaj 10/03/2016 tak mera balance refund nahi aaya. Agar mera balance refund nahi aaya to mai court me complain karuga.

REPLY I RECEIVED FROM CUSTOMER CARE WAS :

"Hi. I am Harika from Syberplace.com. Your smart device is in great demand. Manufacturer is rationing it. We regret to have you waiting. We continue to work hard to deliver your smart device at such low price. Thank you for your patience."

Its been more than 20 days now and I have not received my mobile .

Now call centre people are not responding to my calls and emails also.

What to do?

Hello friends i orderd for Gionee m5 light on28 January but still not recieved product i pay 10999 by SBI credit card my order no[protected]

but customers who paid via PAYUMONEY had contacting on payumoney customer care and tell them issu than payumoney contact to syberplace.com and syberplace refund tham payment

in short JIS CUSTOMERS NE PAYUMONEY SE PAYMENT KIYA HO WO

mera to credit card se payment he so hope ye kuch logo ko kaam lge mera msg

Friends one more trick to get back refund if payment done by CREDIT CARD from syberplace.com

call your credit card customer care tell tham your issue than they will tell you to fill up one form called TRANSACTION DISPUTE FORM download it from online from your creditcard side fill up and return mail to credit card department email told by cust. care

Example

I CALLED SBI CREDIT CARD CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME FROM www.sbicard.com IN OPTION IN BOTTOM form central click than on 6th option there is a form name DESPUT FORM download it and fill up sign and send it on [protected]@sbi.com

i do same as per customer care if case will in favour of me i will get my refund otherwice they will charge 225 rs

as They have stong cyber team to handle this kind of case

But I have not received any communication regarding the despatch of the said phone dispatch till today. Meanwhile, I have come to know that there are many complaints against your store.
I have lodged the complaint to you on 08.03.2016 and in turn, you have sent me a mail at my email id as [protected]@gmail.com. At my email you have intimated that " my order is under scrutinty for resolution and status update will be provided in next 04 business days ".

Till date I have not received any communication from your side and neither I received the said item nor I received my money refunded from you.

The action may please be taken at the earliest and intimated to me at my email id [protected]@gmail.com

Booked a phone on this site on Feb 25th 2016 using Credit card with commitment of delivery within 7-13 business days however even after 2 months, there is no update on order, neither there is any news on refund. Syberplace robbed me for Rs.22999/- Order No:[protected]

I don't believe this remark posted by Syberplace. This is an absolutely fraud company.

I have already initiated proceeding to bring the co to book.

what a [censored] company yaar. i paid 13000 in May 4 2016. till now not recieved my Samsung J7 mobile.
this amount is very valuable amount for me. this [censored] company pepole not receving my calls. realy i am not awer it...so bad guys..any one can help [protected]. from bangalore.

An absolutely fraud company. I had placed an order for samsung j5 and paid rs 10, 000.00 for the same in april. order no.[protected]. even after cancelling the order three months back there is no mention of refund. i have written 25 mails in the last three months. TOTAL FRAUDS AND CHEATS.
