Whatever stated above is true.
I am about to complete 2 years in this company [after facing all the torture], still my salary is 7000. If any employee asks about salary increment they are giving me IOM[Lawyer notice! this is for creating fear in employees mind]. I given everything to this company and worked sincerely and I am not sure of getting my relieving/experience letter.
There is no value for sincerity, my future is looking dark. Plz, do not make mistake by joining this company and waste your 1 or 2 years of precious time.

i am vikas Banerjee a very poor boy from orissa i had comme here looking for a job and i got placed inn this company I had given them a bond of 2 years and now its almost two years and i need to sell my house for i had taken money from all to be in this company . and now i got an offer of 6 lakhs in Minds tech but these people are not giving me my documents back and not even a relieving letter i will miss the job if i dun give them the documents within 7 days... i have spoilt my life and feel like committing suicide.

I had been to symmetric... the MD is an autocrat. I think the MD will eat all the money he earned through his business before going to death...My 20000 fixed deposit is still there... My dear Md... u can eat my 20, 000 also...

All those who getting calls from Symmetric Tech Bangalore, BE AWARE these complaints are NOT fake. Ones you shows the interest in company OR company feels you is the ONE they wants, HR and others will disturb you like any thing they will offer you less than u r expectations with so many condition which you can not get at initial stages(ie. legal conditions). SO choose to sit IDEAL than join Symmetric tech. Bangalore
please dont join symmetric technologies.

no timings for lunch. duty timing may increase to 12 to 14 hrs per day.

Hi Friends I got a call from symmetric Technology Pvt.Ltd to attend the interview for HR Generalist.When i attend the interview after completing the Written Test they waited me for 2 Hrs and at last the Manager Call Me and said we will not give you job based on HR generalist we will give job on Systems Based.So I came Back.

I am totally agree with Khushbu Rana. Work and facility provided by the company but the payment facility is not good.
Payment release is too late. It doesn't release according to agreement. In agreement its specifies that payment is release within 6-7 working days. But it generally release 12-15 days which is too late.

Once i completed my work properly within the time limit given by the company then a request for payment. company release my payment after a month.

But in reality they will paid payment in 10-12 working days . Its too late.

I sent an e-mail to [protected]@gmail.com. I requested their contact number and physical location in bangalore. But, they didn't respond to my e-mail. Symmetric Employees one request, be aware of these kind e-mail ids, your company management wants to know who and all trying to go out from the company and what is their background. Based on that information they will prepare to do more torture.
I already passed this information to many of my friends, we are planning to use political and police force to take action on this company management.
