Symphony Air Cooler — NO COOLING

To whom soever it may concern
This is just to inform you that I had purchased a Mini air cooler (sumo Jr) 05a012m03773 at cost Rs 5990 from puri traders sonipat Haryana on dated 9th of May and it started giving me trouble from first day problem is its water pump not working I call to the dealer they depute service engineer which has attend the complaint after 6 hours the engineer open the new cooler and start the pump but, after two hours its agian stopped working. if such problems are faced by costomer then why paid so, much money for symphony product its a very big ? at quality standard of symphony product.

the service of symphony is very poor and this is my advice please never ever purchase this cooler, i am having 2 symphony diet cooler which is from last one month defective many times i have spoke to the dealer from where i was purchase that he always give me assurance for the service on 28th of May i was registered the complaint on symphone customer service, the depute service engg was came at same day at my residence bt the problem were nt solved.from that day to till now i am daily calling to the sale Distributor(Mr.Bharuka), and service center incharge Mr.Shinde bt yet nt the problem is resolve.My complainy no is:- POW-28E12013/ POW-28E12014.
