symphony air cooler mode jumbo purchase date 16/04/2011 this time this product under warranty but the FAN is problem all three side broken i am complaint to you bust not solved my complain so pl. solved my problem thanks.THIS IS A VERY URGENT. I have similar problem of not providing service by customer care centre at Jaipur. My mini sumo cooler is not working and I contacted the service provider. First he simly said that the motor has to be replaced when i told him that your person has'nt even seen the cooler then he sent a person whosaid the motor has to be replaced and told me that it would be done the next day. When nobody turned up I again contacted the service provider, he arrogantly told me that it would take four to five days. I was really shocked by his behaviour. It seems the company doesnt bother about the existing customers.

I have purchased Diet 22T on 14/04/2012 from SHRI RAM ENTERPRISES, Phone[protected], Person Name - Vickey and the product they have delivered entire crap. The dealer is deceiving us directly.
Step 1

I have requested the dealer information from the Symphony website to purchase DIET 22T and accordingly the customer care has responded back with an SMS giving the name as

When I have contacted him, he has directed me to the above mentioned dealer, I have purchased DIET 22T from this dealer in the afternoon at arround 3.00pm when the product arrived the water pump failed to respond and the water never flowed through the pad. After a long discussion the dealer Vickey has replaced it with a Used DIET Cooler, when resisted he spoke in an objectionable Language and said he gets only Rs 100 out of the sales and is not responsible for anything that happens once he gets his money.

The replaced cooler is definetly in an unusable condition. Its a used cooler, which is dirty to look at, the base is not proper, the water pump keeps making noise. the rotary knobs do not work, water keeps spilling out and many more.

I would request you to check the cooler through your authorized service and replace it appropriately. Request you to respond within two weeks from the date of receipt of this complaint. I hope you feel responsible for such kind of fraud your dealers are used to and take the appropriate action.

we have purchased a symphony winter cooler which got repaired from Shah electronics Vani nagar, malkajgiri, hyderabad on 19/04/2012, last 4 days back(friday) we have given a complaint on phone no [protected]( told us he was company official), and told us he will not work on saturday & sunday so he will send a person on monday,

Me too seeking a pad change of my 4 year old Symphony Winter model in Lucknow. I have contacted many dealers and made several calls at the numbers given by them, but no body is listening
If such is after sales service of bajaj, I swear not to buy any product of Bajaj in future and also suggest my near ones to not to buy this company's product as their service is very poor

I am repenting having bought a symphony cooler. I bought it on 29th April 2012 and in a span of 10 days its fan has got jammed and a complaint to this problem remains unattended for the last four days.
I would suggest to whosoever is contemplating buying a cooler, should seldom go in for SYMPHONY as not only its product is bad, their SERVICES ARE WORST.

I Bought Symphony Diet 22E air cooler in may 2012 from Hypercity Hyderabad.
Suddenly it is stopped working and now it does not Power ON. My biggest disappointment came when I registered complain HDC- 23E12007. So far no response from Symphony services center, nobody even pick up the call.
I tried calling their Area Manager but he does not even listen my complaint. Horrible customer service.
Dont buy Symphony air cooler, its not worth your money.

The symphony guys here at Noida is a fleet of and **@###**..feel like screwing them left right centre.which I will surely do.The new Kaizen air cooler was received 10 days back that too a defective one and despite all the complaints made, bloody they are passing time.They need a bick kick on their actually ..
I bought one Symphony Winter on 29th April 2012 from Punjab Electricals, Faridabad.
Its fan got jammed after 10 days of running and to this effect I lodged a complaint with Symphony on 22nd May 2012 and their representative visited and just hammered the fan 3-4 times and said that it would work fine thereafter.
Unfortunately, the problem remained the same and the fan continued getting jammed as before. I then lodged another complaint on 25th May 2012 and their representative visited after a week's time that too after rigorous follow up. He opened up the entire fan and removed a few washers which he said were extra and said it would work well then.
From 7th June 2012 onwards, it has again started jamming the same way as before. While attending the complaint, their representative also said that if the fan gets jammed again, he would recommend for replacement of the fan/cooler.
After spending so much of money, I am struggling to use the cooler for which I have spend a huge amount that too in a span of less then 10 days of its purchase. Symphony does not care for the problems being faced by its customers. Nor have I have any contact no. of any Symphony's responsible person.
I would suggest all future buyers not to go in for Symphony under any circumstances, for its product quality is bad and its after sales service is even worst.
They are cheating the common public. However, I will take the matter to consumer forum.

I have purchase a symphony air cooler model no. high cool smart in the month of june 20012 from kolkata shyam bazar - sangeeta store.but it is not working satisfactorily.its totally failure to making a cooling condition, to giving a cooling weather.this cooler is totally unable to giving a cooling temperature.
