[Resolved]  SyncMaster 974MG — poor service from samsung customer care people

dear sir/madam,
i'm assistant director of fisheries, Bhatkal, north canara,karnataka,
i have puchased monitor in the month of feb-09, recently since from 2months I had a problem of poor picture quality and complete darkness on the monitor, this has been intimated to the customer care (complaint register no-[protected]) on the day when i had the problem, till date none of the samsung people visited my office and rectified the problem, since this is been government office, we have been facing so much of problem from people over here... kindly rectified the problem soon, i lost so much of time and money for calling your customer care... kindlly attend this complaint soon..
