It is alarming to point out that the reputed company like Reliance communication, having given assurances of efficient services is behaving in a manner which gives us the feeling to discontinue the services being provided without any further harassment.



After a correspondence for almost six months of disconnection of our land lines with all documents being produced after visiting your CP office and meeting Mr Rajeev Jain, who in the presence of our representative sent an internal mail of waiver of the excess charges levied on us for tele nos[protected] the telephones which were deactivated were activated for just two days and thereafter again the tele nos[protected] &[protected] are deactivated with demand of the amount which was waived by your officer two days earlier .



Under these circumstances, is it possible for us to run our business with the communication facilities provided by Reliance communication ltd. You are better judge to respond.



Please reply to avoid any reference to Consumer court with the documents and mail communications with your organization.
