[Resolved]  Talent Maximus — Not received the PF Amount

I has submitted my PF Form on 28/09/2007 having an PF Account No. TN/51579/2700 to the PF department which was done by my previous employer. The status of my employer states that the PF amount has been settled in Dec 2007 itself. however i have not received any amount till date. They had provided me the PF department No. wherein I spoke to a person who was not at all courteous to entertain my query said the cheque had gone to your bank but since it was not matching the name you have in your bank, the same has been returned. Finally he asked me to send a letter stating the same about the non receipt of the check to my bank. I faxed it to the concern department however no response. Its been 2 years now & still I have not received the amount. Would appreciate if the same is settled at the earliest

Dear sir

I applied PF on 10/09/2015 in Talent Maximus company Bangalore branch . they said on 60 days I will get my PF settlement on my bank account ( still 70 days got over ) . And when i checked my PF status with Mr sekar b ( from Chennai ) he camitided that with in 15-20 days I will get on 30/11/2015 but has off now 24 days over. And Now Help-desk.[protected]@talentmaximus.com are saying 30 -45 days it taks more, ...
I'm waiting from past 70 days. Still I did not got and even I cant see my PF status on online also, even NO ONE REPLYING FOR MY MAIL. FROM LAST 5 DAYS.
Kindly have check with them and make PF settlement as soon as possible

Talent Maximus — PF Not Given

Dear sir,

The Talent Maximus not payment my PF Last 2.6 years. I am submit all require document date on Feb 2009. but after that they was not payment of the pf. please take any action on this case.

please update me if anything required confirm me.Sir i have submitted all the document with PF Form 60 days ago but still my pf claim Status not shown in Employee provident fund portal.sir please process my pf claim as possible as. I have submitted all the document in your mumbai office on dated[protected]. I am continuously mailing to HR. And calling but anyone not give me a reply.why? What is the reason of that.? sir my condition not good i need a money on urgent.that the reason i have withdrawal my PF.
