I called up yesterday to the customer care, and they said that it would resume properly from today (which has been happening for that 4-5 days). But even today i do not have signals for certain channels. I called up CC today and even after half hr there was no CC to attend me to, just music. First they didn't notify that this problem exists, secondly, the said fixed date was not met and thirdly i waited for half hr on my mobile for a CC response. What the ....!!!

I am using normal tatsky and not tatasky+. Are you guys doing this to make customers buy tatasky+?
