Tata Aig — CAR Policy | |||
One of TATA AIG person (Mr. Harnam / Roshani ) called me from mambai customer care on 21th of Oct 2010 for renewal of my CAR insurance policy which is due on 25 Oct 2010 . Hence I issued the total policy amount of Rs. 7587 through Credit Card no. they have provide me the transaction ID which is 032557 , after that II called the credit card customer care department they told me that the amount has deducted through your credit card on 21th oct 2010 to TATA AIG Bill dax mumbai . Credit Card department acknowledge receiving the money credit in their bank account as well. Its more than 5 days now but I have not got the renewed Insurance Policy softcopy, as that person (Mr. Harnam) told me you will get the softcopy of your insurance with in 48 Hrs. I have complained to Tata AIG Customer care about 3-4 times but still they have not resolved the issue , My complained id is[protected]. Whenever I speak to them or write mail regarding this, they give standard reply that my complaint is under process please wait for sometime. I request you to can you please just confirm through mail or SMS on my mobile , so that I have some confidance that my amount has deducted to correct party (Tata AIG).
